Your first steps with us
Book a free demo to meet us and confirm fit, then buy a Flex Support block — 20, 40, or 80 prepaid hours. Your hours are banked immediately, with no contracts or recurring charges. To start a task you email a request; we reply with a scope estimate and the hours needed before any work begins, and nothing is done until you approve it.
No preparation is required. It helps to know roughly which questions you want answered and where the data lives, but you do not need clean data or technical detail. We guide the conversation and translate your business goals into a clear, costed plan.

No. There are no project minimums and no contracts. The smallest commitment is a 20-hour Starter block, and you can spend those hours on one big build or many small tasks. A typical consulting firm asks for project minimums and $10K+ to start; we don't.
Process
How a project runs
Five simple steps: purchase your block of hours (banked immediately), submit a request by email, we reply with a scope estimate and the hours needed, we execute the work senior-led, then you review and approve — hours are deducted only for approved work. Most tasks are delivered within three to five business days of your approval. Larger builds get a clear timeline up front before any hours are used. Because your hours are already banked, there's no procurement delay — we can start this week, not in four to six weeks like a typical firm.
Yes — mix and match freely. One block can cover dashboard development one week and report troubleshooting or performance tuning the next. You're buying senior Power BI time, not a single fixed deliverable, so you decide how each hour is spent as your needs change.

You buy a prepaid block of senior-led hours at one of three tiers: Starter is 20 hours at $125/hour for $2,500, Growth is 40 hours at $115/hour for $4,600, and Power is 80 hours at $100/hour for $8,000. Yes. Once you buy a block, your hours are banked and they never expire — there's no monthly use-it-or-lose-it clock and no contract. Use them this month or six months from now, in big builds or small fixes. Unlike a typical firm where unused hours are lost, your remaining balance simply stays banked until you need it.
Any Power BI task: dashboard development, data modeling and DAX, report troubleshooting, performance optimization, report design and formatting, and workspace management — publishing, refresh schedules, gateways, and user access. If it's Power BI work, your hours cover it.

Data & security
Keeping your data safe
Yes. We build inside your own Microsoft tenant wherever possible, so your data stays in your environment. Where we need access, we use least-privilege credentials and remove them at handover. We can support row-level security so each user sees only what they should.
Yes. When different users should see different slices of data — by region, department, or role — we implement row-level security (opens in new tab) in the model. We also help establish sensible workspace, sharing, and refresh governance as part of broader Power BI consulting.
Technology
Sources, licenses, and migration
Power BI connects to a wide range of sources — SQL databases, Excel and CSV files, ERP and CRM systems, cloud services, and APIs. We connect and reconcile multiple sources into one trustworthy model, which is core to our data modeling and DAX work.
To share dashboards across your team you will typically need Power BI Pro licenses or a Premium capacity, depending on scale. All of it — the report files, the semantic model and DAX, the refresh configuration, and every credential. We build in your tenant and document everything so your team or any other consultant can maintain and extend the work without depending on us. Your hours buy the work; you own the result.
Flex Support is ongoing support by design — your banked hours are there for fixes, tweaks, and new requests whenever you need them, with no separate retainer. You can keep things running yourself with our documentation, or spend a few hours on training and support so your team is fully self-sufficient.
